I am excited to help young people navigate the often confusing and tumultuous times of teen relationships. With the rise of social media and electronic communication, I’m eager to give some clarity on what healthy relationships look like, and pitfalls and dangers that can be avoided. This passion has grown steadily after serving in the Air Force, raising 3 sons and teaching fitness and science to middle and high school students. I hope to share some of my own experiences,, as well as current statistics and well documented research on teen sexual health and relationships.
I love the energy of young people and when I am not teaching I enjoy working out, walking my dog and spending time with family.
