Whether it’s an adrenaline rush, the pressure of a dare, or simply acting before they think, teens are notorious for putting themselves and others at risk. The latest is a twist on the childhood game of Cops and Robbers, called “Fugitive.” It involves cars, speed, and hopping in and out of moving vehicles.
